NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Favor of the Plaintiff, SGIA RESIDENTIAL BRIDGE LOAN VENTURE V L.P. entered in this action on the 9th day of June 2021, Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for Lee County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash, foreclosure sale to be conducted via the internet at http://www.lee. realforeclose.com, on July 14, 2021 at 9:00 am., the following described property:
Lot 56, HOLIDAY HARBOR SUBDIVISION, unrecorded, further described as the North 50 feet of the South 665 feet of the East 108.17 feet of the West 276.35 feet of Government Lot 7, in Section 30, Township 43 South, Range 22 East, Lee County, Florida. Less and except the East 15 feet for road right-of-way. Subject to a utility easement over and across the West six feet of the East 21 feet of the subject land.
