YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a mortgage on real property located in Lee County, Florida has been filed and commenced in this Court and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Melisa Manganelli, Esq., of the Law Offices of Mandel, Manganelli & Leider, P.A., Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 1900 N.W. Corporate Boulevard, Ste. 305W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431 and whose email address for service of documents is [email protected] and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court within 30 days after first publication of Notice, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint, to wit: the foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described property:
Lot 3, CAMILLE GARDENS NO. 2, a Condominium, as set out in Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, recorded in Official Records Book 387, Pages 110-176, Inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and as described by the Plans thereof recorded in Condominium Plan Book 1, Pages 114-120, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. The above description and conveyance includes but is not limited to all appurtenances, to Lot 3, also known as Condominium Unit 3 above described, together with all improvements thereon and together with the undivided interest in the common elements of the aforesaid Condominium pertinent to said unit.
Subject to easements, reservations and restrictions of record, and particularly that certain Declaration of Condominium above referred to and all the terms, Condominium, provisions, covenants and agreements set forth in the said Declaration of Condominium and all Exhibits and Documents therein referenced.
