NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 26, 2021, and entered in Case No. 36-2019-CA-005073 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF11 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Christopher Gedney a/k/a Christopher J. Gedney, Deceased, Zhong Lin & Jennifer Zhu, Sarah Anderson-Gedney, Annaleigh Gedney, Chase Gedney, Montanna Gedney, a Minor, in the care of her natural guardian and mother, Kathy Gedney, Ellianna Gedney, a Minor, in the care of her natural guardian and mother, Kathy Gedney, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 14th day of July, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
