NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of June 2021, and entered in Case No : 2019-CA-015062-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC, is the Plaintiff and CARMEN DE LAS NUECES; EDMARY LABOY CRUZ; UNKNOWN TENANT WHOSE NAME IS FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 26th day of July 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
