NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2021, and entered in 2019-CA-015219-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT is the Plaintiff and GERTRUDE RICHARDS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERTRUDE RICHARDS; and LAKE ROSE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on July 13, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
