NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2017CA003905AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for ABFC 2006-OPT2 Trust, Asset Backed Funding Corporation Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT2 is the Plaintiff and Thomas C. Kruger; Jennifer L. Kruger are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 19th day of August, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 96 FEET OF LOT 16, CONQUISTADOR BAYSIDE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 62 AND 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
