NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000957 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-C, is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES OR OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING, BY THROUGH THE ESTATE OF CHRISTINE E. CREWS, et al., are Defendant(s).
I ANGELINA “ANGEL” COLONNESO, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on July 28, 2021, on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 934 and 935, PALMETTO POINT SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 124-127, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
