NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 25, 2020 and an Order Resetting Sale dated March 2, 2021 and entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-003367-0001-XX of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II, INC., BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING, TRUST 2007-AR5, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR5 is Plaintiff and THEODORE BEAHM A/K/A THEODORE H. BEAHM; HELEN BEAHM A/K/A HELEN A. BEHAM A/K/A HELEN A. BEAHM; NAPLES LAKES COUNTRY CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A NAPLES COUNTRY CLUB, INC. F/K/A NAPLES LAKES COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; PROVIDENCE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. UNIT 101, BUILDING 24, JULIANA VILLAGE 3C, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3557, PAGE 0001, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3557, PAGE 0001, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
