NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2021, and entered in Case No. 58-2019-CA-006042-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and , Fred Lee McKee, III aka Trae McKee, Sharon Lawton, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Thelma M Mckee aka Thelma Margaret Mckee, deceased, Kathy McKee Anderson, Scott McKee, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Heron Creek Community Association Inc , Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Melisa Anderson, Unknown Party#2 N/K/A Jacob Walden, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the July 15, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
