NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2020 CA 000323 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and Barbara Becker , Barbara Becker as Co-Trustee of The Trust Agreement dated April 20, 2005, The Unknown Beneficiaries of The Trust Agreement dated April 20, 2005, Villagewalk of Sarasota Homeowners Association, Inc., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development , Michael C. Becker, Fran E. Rosenbluth, David S. Becker, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Steven Becker, deceased, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the July 19, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
