NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2021, and entered in Case No. 29-2019-CA-012150 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which American Advisors Group, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Angel Menendez, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Robert Michael Menendez, David Wayne Menendez, Richard Mark Menendez, Dennis Angel Menendez, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the July 16, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
