YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following real property located in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 9, Block 5 of UNRECORDED ADDITION OF MAGNOLIA MOBILE MANOR, further described as follows: From the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 5 of Unit I Magnolia Mobile Manor, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 39, Page(s) 35, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, go 60 feet West for a Point of Beginning; thence continue West 60 feet; thence North 100 feet; thence East 60 feet; thence South 100 feet to the Point of Beginning, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with that certain 1968 SKYLINE Mobile Home, ID# SP6288
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on W. Gregory Golson, Esq. of Mechanik Nuccio Hearne & Wester, P.A., whose address is 305 S. Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33606, on or before JULY 26, 2021, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
