NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 25, 2021, and entered in 19-CA-001778 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR TRUMAN 2016 SC6 TITLE TRUST is the Plaintiff and KRISTIN ZAUBZER; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LUDWIG E. ZAUBZER, DECEASED; CONNIE E. ZAUBZER; SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A KINGS POINT WEST CONDOMINIUM, INC.; FEDERATION OF KINGS POINT ASSOCIATIONS, INC. F/K/A FEDERATION OF KINGS POINT CONDOMINIUMS, INC.; and MANCHESTER IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 14, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 20, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MANCHESTER IV CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 7024, PAGE 282 ET SEQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 99, ET SEQ AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO LUDWIG E. ZAUBZER AND BARBARA BETTY ZAUBZER, HUSBAND AND WIFE BY DEED FROM SUN CITY CENTER CORP. RECORDED 12/01/1993 IN DEED BOOK 7204 PAGE 383, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
