COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, RICHARD A. SEMON, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on June 3, 2021 Case No: 21-CA-3319.
1. THE WEST ½ OF THE SW ¼ OF THE NE ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO A STRIP 25 FEET WIDE OFF THE SOUTH END TO BE USED AS A PUBLIC ROAD.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME, MAKE, HOMES OF MERIT, MODLE COUNTRY MANOR, SITUATED UPON SAID LAND AND CONNECTED TO BOTH PRIVATE AND PUBLIC UTILITIES.
