NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2021 and entered in Case No. 19-CA-005251 of the Circuit Court, in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BOYD MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff, and MFB HOLDINGS, LLC, BONITA LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are the Defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Courts shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on September 1, 2021 beginning at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
