Approval of a site plan review. The applicant is requesting approval of a site plan to construct an 8 story building with 400-dwelling units, 2,400 square foot bank with a drive-thru, a 4,500 square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru and a 95,000 square foot self-storage facility in the CCS-2 zoning district. The development review commission (DRC) Public Hearing is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 1:00pm in council chambers, City Hall, located at 175 fifth street north, St. Petersburg, Florida. Notice is hereby given that all interested parties may appear at the meeting and may be heard by the development review commission, with respect to the proposed Special exception or Site Plan Review case listed above.

Copies of the proposed request are available at the Development Review Services Division, MSC Building, and may be inspected by the public. Any person who decides to appeal the decision made by the Development Review Commission with respect to these matters will need a record of the proceedings and that for such purpose the person making the appeal will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
