AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and DENISE DENOVA, AS TRUSTEE OF THE FRANCOISE MASSON KIMBALL TRUST A/K/A FRANCOISE M. KIMBALL TRUST; DENISE DENOVA; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE FRANCOISE MASSON KIMBALL TRUST A/K/A FRANCOISE M. KIMBALL TRUST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENISE DENOVA are the Defendant(s).
