BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-12 is the Plaintiff and MARK STEVEN MCVEY; MELANIE MCVEY; and LA PUERTA DEL SOL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 8, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
