NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2021, and entered in Case No. 52-2020-CA-000154 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon as Trustee for CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-8 , is the Plaintiff and Richard V. Curd, Mary C. Curd, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Ark-La-Tex Financial Services, LLC dba Benchmark Mortgage, City of Largo, Florida, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Justin Curd, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the July 15, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 44, BLOCK 1, PINEBROOK ESTATES NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 68 THROUGH 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
