LOGRANDE, deceased, Case No. 20-012236 ES, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street #300, Clearwater, Florida 33756; that the decedent's date of death was October 7, 2020; that the total value of the estate is approximately $490,000, comprised solely of one asset, the homestead property of the Decedent. and that the names of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:

ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
