Book 3831, Page 180, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, Page 27, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on DAVID L. SCHRADER, ESQ., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1173 38th Avenue NE, St. Petersburg, Florida 33704, on or before 28 Days After 1st Publish, 2021 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter: otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint filed herein.
