YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 29-D, HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM II, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4150, Pages 597-643, inclusive, amended in O.R. Book 4597, Page 963; O.R. Book 6971, Page 1831 and O.R. Book 7199, Pages 2091-2092, and all amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 62-65, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2743 Sherbrooke Lane, #D, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
