NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to an Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 12th day of March A.D., 2021, in the cause wherein, Innovative Judgment Recovery, LLC, was plaintiff(s) and Monroe's Prestige Group, Inc. a/k/a Monroe Prestige Group, Inc., and Charles H. Monroe, III, was defendant(s), being Case No 09-11405-CI in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Monroe's Prestige Group, Inc. a/k/a Monroe Prestige Group, Inc., and Charles H. Monroe, III, now owned by Michael Halmon and Esther Halmon and subject to a judgment lien, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
