Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on February 24, 2021, in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein INTERNATIONAL MORTGAGE CAPITAL FUND I, LLC, Plaintiff, and GWENS OPTICAL FRAMES AND LENSES, “L.L.C.”, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of April 2021, the following descripted property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 14, Whisper Lakes Unit 3, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 90 and 92, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
