Sealed bids will be received in the Town of Oakland Commission Chambers at 230 North Tubb Street, Oakland, Florida up to 2:00 PM, April 6, 2021 for:
HULL AVENUE SEPTIC TO SEWER
Solicitation packages including plans, specifications, terms, conditions, general instructions and bid submission documents are now available and may be obtained from Demand Star. Anyone obtaining a complete set of the Solicitation Package must indicate whether he/she is a general contractor, subcontractor, manufacturer, or supplier. Only complete sets of the Solicitation Package will be distributed. Only registered holders of the Solicitation Package will receive addenda.
A pre-bid conference will be held in the Town of Oakland Meeting Hall, 221 N. Arrington Street, Oakland, Florida, at 10:00 AM on March 18, 2021.
All questions regarding the project should be directed in writing to Tucker Hunter, P.E. of Kimley-Horn via email: [email protected]. Questions will not be answered after March 29, 2021.
Bids will be publicly opened in the Town of Oakland Meeting Hall, 221 N. Arrington Street, Oakland, Florida, shortly after 2:00 PM, April 6, 2021. Any bids received after the specified date and time of bid opening will not be considered regardless of whether any bid has actually been opened prior to submittal of a late bid.
