NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on March 2, 2021 in Civil Case Number 2020-CA-002159-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XI TRUST is Plaintiff and ISMAEL R. DOVALE, YADIRA N. DOVALE, PAULA KENNEDY, ROBERT KENNEDY, CYPRESS SPRINGS II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., STONEWOOD ESTATES AT CYPRESS SPRINGS II HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION are Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, the Orange County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on April 12, 2021 beginning at 11:00 a.m. EST electronically online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:

THE SALE WILL BE MADE PURSUANT TO THE FINAL JUDGMENT.
