Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case Number 2020 CA 002636 on February 22, 2021, in the Circuit Court of MANATEE, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
Unit 4187, MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 4, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1156, Pages 198 through 271, inclusive, and Amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium book 20, Pages 72 through 76, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on March 31, 2021. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
