Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, Case No. 2020-CC-001182, the Clerk of the Court, Manatee County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT 26B, THE VILLAS AT WILD OAK BAY, II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND PROTECTIVE COVENANTS THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 933, PAGES 181 THROUGH 250, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on March 25, 2021. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
