All creditors of the decedent and all other persons upon whom a copy of this notice is served, having claims or demands against decedent's estate including unmatured, contingent, or unliquidated claims, must file their claims with this Court within THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DATE OF SERVICE HEREOF. All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate, including unmatured, continent, or unliquidated claims must file their claims within the THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE FIRST DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, AND OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO YEARS OR MORE AFTER DECEDENT'S DEATH IS BARRED.
