The administration of the Estate of STEPHEN W. CLIFFORD deceased, whose date of death is October 18, 2020 and whose social security XXX-XX-2188, is pending in the Circuit Court for Polk County Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 9000 Drawer CC-4 Bartow, Florida 33831 and is assigned File Number 53-2020-CP-003580. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the Personal Representative's attorney are set forth below. The Will that has been admitted to probate is dated June 26, 2017.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All persons on whom this notice is served who have objections that challenge the validity of the will, the qualifications of the Personal Representative, or the venue or jurisdiction of this Court, are required to file their objections with this Court on or before the date that is THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION. Please be further advised that under certain circumstances, the failure to contest the validity of the will, may, if applicable, give rise to a waiver of any right to contest the validity of a trust or any other writing incorporated by reference into the will.
All persons entitled to exempt property are required to file a petition to determine exempt property ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF THE DATE THAT IS FOUR (4) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF THE NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION OR THE DATE THAT IS FORTY (40) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF TERMINATION OF ANY PROCEEDING INVOLVING THE CONSTRUCTION, ADMISSION TO PROBATE, OR VALIDITY OF THE WILL OR INVOLVING ANY OTHER MATTER EFFECTING ANY PART OF THE ESTATE.
ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
Please be advised that pursuant to Florida Statutes 90.502, a fiduciary lawyer - client privilege exists with respect to the Personal Representative and any attorney, including the undersigned, employed by the Personal Representative.
