NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit C, Building 3042, GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER THREE, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium Number Three as recorded in O.R. Book 539, Page 91, and amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 82-83, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 4230 Richmere Drive, New Port Richey, FL 34652
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on April 1, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
