ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
Mark A. Chmielewski filed his final accounting and applied for discharge on March 2, 2021, and that jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to Montgomery County, Maryland, if no objection is filed within case number 2019 GA 004035 NC.
All persons on whom this notice is served who have objections to the Final Report or Petition for Discharge shall file such objections with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THIRTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE OF THE PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OR THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF NOTICE. Any objection shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. A copy of the objection must be served by the Objector on the Florida Guardian and on the Maryland Guardian. Within ninety days after the filing of an objection, a notice of hearing shall be served on the Florida Guardian and on the Maryland Guardian or the objection shall be abandoned. ALL OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
