NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2019 CA 005689 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2007-1 Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Harbhajan S. Ahluwalia a/k/a Harry Walia a/k/a Harry S. Walia a/k/a Harry Ahluwalia a/k/a Harry Singh Walia, Deceased; S. Maninder Sing Walia a/k/a Maninder S. Walia, Co-Personal Representative of the Estate of Harbhajan S. Ahluwalia a/k/a Harry Walia a/k/a Harry S. Walia a/k/a Harry Ahluwalia a/k/a Harry Singh Walia, Deceased; ANDREW W. ROSIN, CO-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF HARBHAJAN S. AHLUWALIA A/K/A HARRY WALIA A/K/A HARRY S. WALIA A/K/A HARRY AHLUWALIA A/K/A HARRY SINGH WALIA, DECEASED; S. MANINDER SING WALIA A/K/A MANINDER S. WALIA; Paramjeet Singh Walia; S. Gursharan Singh Walia; Sarabjit Kaur; DIANE M. WALIA A/K/A DIANE M. AHLUWALIA; JAFFER J. KHAN; TARIQ J. KHAN are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 5th day of April, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 107.2 FEET OF THE NORTH 600 FEET OF U.S. GOVERNMENT LOT 1, SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 39 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 850 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE NORTH 7 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
