Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 25, 2021 in the above-styled Case Number 2020 CC 002304 NC in the County Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 102, Building 3, SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2005045834, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property address: 5134 Northridge Road, Unit 102, Sarasota FL 34238 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on April 5, 2021. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
