YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for adverse possession and quiet title on the following property located in Collier County, Florida:
A TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING WEST OF AND ADJACENT TO LOT 1, BLOCK B, GULF ACRES, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER, COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND LYING EAST OF THE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR TAMIAMI TRAIL (STATE ROAD NO. 45 NOW US 41), MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1, BLOCK B, THENCE RUN S.B9º04'20”W, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1, SAID LINE ALSO BEING THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF OHIO DRIVE, 30 FEET FROM THE CENTERLINE, FOR 200 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1 AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE S.89º04'20”W, ALONG THE WESTERLY PROLONGATION OF SAID SOUTH LINE FOR 50 FEET TO AN INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF TAMIAMI TRAIL, AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; THENCE RUN N.01º02'55”W, ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE, FOR 75.5 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION WITH THE WESTERLY PROLONGATION OF THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE RUN N.89º04'56”E, ALONG SAID PROLONGATION, FOR 50 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE RUN S.01º02'55”E, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 1, SAID LINE ALSO SHOWN ON SAID PLAT AS “CONSTRUCTION SETBACK”, FOR 75.5 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
