C. MILLMAN, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR, or her designee, and each of their assignees, grantees creditors, lessees, executors, administrators, mortgagees, judgment creditors, trustees, lienholders, persons in
possession, and any and all other persons having or claiming to have any right, title or interest by, through, under or against the
above-named Respondents, or otherwise claiming any right, title
or interest in the real property described in this action.

25' PGS PERMANENT PIPELINE EASEMENT
A portion of Tract 69, REVISED MAP OF FLORIDA GARDENLANDS, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 42 and 43, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, being a 25' PGS (Peoples Gas System) Permanent Pipeline Easement and being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at southwest corner of Section 25, Township 30, Range 19 East; THENCE S 89°36'25”E, a distance of 389.48 feet to the southerly extension of
the west line of said Tract 69;
THENCE N 00°18'53” E, along said southerly extension, a distance of 20.05 feet to the southwest corner of a parcel recorded in Official Records Book 26915, Page 1321 and the north right-of-way line of Symmes Road;
THENCE S 89°36'37” East, along said not right-of-way line and the south line of said parcel, a distance of 211.26 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description;
THENCE N 01°39'30” W. a distance of 196.63 feet;
THENCE N 00°31'26” E, a distance of 198.75 feet;
THENCE N 06°45'59” E. a distance of 89.75' thence N 04°38'34” W, a distance of 108.72 feet;
THENCE N 00°24'16” W, a distance of 428.07 feet to the northerly line of said parcel;
THENCE S 89°34'55” E, a distance of 25.00 feet;
THENCE departing said northerly line, S 00°24'16” E, a distance of 426.79 feet;
THENCE S 04°38'34” E, a distance of 110.29 feet;
THENCE S 06°45'59” W, a distance of 90.89 feet;
THENCE S 00°31'26” W, a distance of 196.91 feet;
THENCE S 01°39'30” E, a distance of 197.05 feet to the southerly line of said parcel;
THENCE N 89°36'37” W, a distance of 25.02 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING within these metes and bounds, 0.59 acre (25,548 square feet), more or less.
You are each notified that the Petitioner filed its Petition and its Declaration of Taking in this Court against you as Respondents, seeking to condemn by eminent domain proceedings the above-described property located in the State of Florida, County of Hillsborough.
You are hereby further notified that the Petitioner will apply for an Order of Taking and any other order the court deems proper before The Honorable Jennifer X. Gabbard, one of the judges of this court, on April 12, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. via Zoom.

If you fail to answer, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. If you fail to request a hearing on the Petition for Order of Taking, you shall waive any right to object to said Order of Taking.
