NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-001717 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Mortgage Trust 2005-A3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, U.S. Bank, National Association, As Trustee, Successor in Interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, As Trustee, Plaintiff and Edwin G. Treimanis a/k/a Edwin Treimanis are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 6, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
