NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment entered in the above styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, ELECTRONICALLY ONLINE AT http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on the 21st day of April, 2021, the following property as set forth in said Partial Summary Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 16, Block 3, Walden Lake Unit 28, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 72, Page 57, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
