NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23 day of February, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2020-CA-5955, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BONNIE J. MORLEY and WILLIAM C. MORLEY, are the Plaintiffs, and SATELLITE INTERNET SECURITY, LLC trustee of the Bayline Drive Land Trust #4750, is the Defendant, the Clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online: www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.am. on the 26 day of March, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
East 184 feet of the North 356 feet of Lot numbered 13 of that certain subdivision known as Littlegroves, Unit “A”, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recoded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 9, Pages 11 and 12, less the road right-of-way

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
