Unit Week 42, Parcel No. 4106, SEAWATCH ON-THE-BEACH, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1583, Page 448, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and amendments thereto, if any.
Unit Week 43, Parcel No. 7103, SEAWATCH ON-THE-BEACH, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1583, Page 448, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and amendments thereto, if any.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
