NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2021, and entered in case 20-001131-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union, as Successor in Interest by Merger to Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union, is the Plaintiff and Carol Ann Choquette a/k/a Carol A. Choquette, Robert P. Choquette, and Unknown Parties/Tenants in Possession, the Defendants. The Clerk shall offer for sale, to the highest bidder for case at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with §45.031 Fla.Stat.(1989) on March 18, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure to wit:
