NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2021, and entered in 20-004219-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EFFIE J. ADAMS A/K/A EFFIE JEAN ADAMS, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF EFFIE JEAN ADAMS TRUST, DATED DECEMBER 24, 2018; PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SAMUEL MARCUS ADAMS, DECEASED; ZACHARY ADAMS; BENJAMIN ADAMS; N.A., BY AND THROUGH HIS NATURAL GUARDIAN are the Defendant(s). CONDOMINIUM UNIT D-1 BUILDING NO. 110, OF PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON, VILLAGE I - #2, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE VI, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5802, PAGE 1894, AND AMENDED BY AMENDMENT NO. 2 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5820, PAGE 1188, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 29 THROUGH 35, INCLUSIVE, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 91 THROUGH 93, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS PERTAINING THERETO.
