NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2020, and entered in 16-002568-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCLATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY MONE; LINDA MONE; LJP SOLUTONS, LLC; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; HARBOUR WATCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; POINTE ALEXIS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 23, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
