YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Manatee County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT 12, AND THE NORTH 20 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK 3, THE PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
