The North 150 feet of the South 350 feet of the North 1/2 of Tract 2-F of KOSSUTHVILLE FLORIDA TOWNSITE AND FARM UNIT NO.1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 17, Page 50, in the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, LESS the West 45.0 feet thereof.
Together with a 2005 Double-wide FTWD Mobile Home ID# GAFL435A90049HP21, title certificate number 97134049 and ID # GAFL435B90049HP21, title certificate number 97134158.
Property address: 1420 Pinter Rd, Auburndale, FL 33823-9739, will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on April 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m.
