NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 25, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-39857 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Abs Reo Trust IV, is the Plaintiff, and Black Point Assets, Inc., as Trustee of the 816 Cinnamon Dr E Land Trust Dated 4/1/2017; Star Pointe Capital LLC, as Trustee of the 816 Cinnamon Dr E Land Trust Dated 4/1/2017; Debra C. Arthur A/K/A Debra Carol Arthur; Unknown Tenant N/K/A Nathan Brown, are Defendants, the clerk, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM via www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statute, on the 31st day of March, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
