NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 8th day of April, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real property, situate and being in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 3 of PASCO SUNSET LAKES UNIT 2A, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 48, Pages 99 thru 104 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property address: 3118 Whitehead Lane, Land O Lakes, Florida 34638-7200
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000721, now pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days from the date of the sale.
