YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for reformation of an access and utility easement, breach of warranty, and to establish a common law way of necessity or in the alternative, a statutory way of necessity concerning real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, which is described in the Access and Utility Easement recorded as Instrument No. 2003156068 in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Drew F. Chesanek, Esquire, Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236, Co-Counsel for Defendant O'Neil, on or before April 12, 2021 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on the attorneys listed below or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Crossclaim.
