NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 15, 2021, and entered in Case No.: 11-2019-CA-003567-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF THE LODGE SERIES III TRUST, is the Plaintiff, and LEE J. MUNGER; BECKY K. MUNGER A/K/A BECKY K. RUSSO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BECKY K. MUNGER N/K/A HAROLD BOTTI; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, AS ASSIGNEE OF THE ASSETS OF COLONIAL BANK, N.A.; WIGGINS LAKE AND PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; BLUE OUTDOOR SOLUTIONS, LLC; and PELICAN HOME BUILDERS, INC are the Defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Lobby, 3rd Floor, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on March 25, 2021 , the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
