Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 18th day of February 2021, and entered in case No. 11-2020-CC-001769-0001-XX in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein RIVIERA GOLF ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, WILLIAM S. SKINNER AND CELESTE R. SKINNER, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of March, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 704, RIVIERA COLONY GOLF ESTATES, Unit 4, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 47-48, as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
